Meet Kristen Williams

Kristen has been a fitness enthusiast since childhood. She began teaching fitness classes (and still does) in the late 1990s. She has vast knowledge of how to balance nutrition, fitness, family and most importantly FUN! Kristen has participated in many different sporting activities such as triathlons, 2 Boston marathons and Natural Bodybuilding to name a few. Kristen understands the important role nutrition plays in all these activities as well as daily life. Kristen holds a Master’s in Health Promotion and is a 2020 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Kristen is a Certified Professional Health Coach.

A little more about Kristen...

Kristen also has learned a great deal about medicine over the past 14 years as her son is a two-time double lung transplant recipient. Kristen understands the critical role nutrition and physical activity play into overall wellness and healing for mind and body. She also understands how special medical needs affect individuals differently. Mostly she has learned how to live in the moment and celebrate the gifts in life, every single day!

Kristen donates her additional time to Hunter’s Run Foundation, Inc., which she founded to spread Organ Donation Awareness. A majority of funds raised go to help Pediatric Transplant Families at Boston Children’s Hospital to assist with needs during medical stays (which could linger on from days, months to even a year or longer hospital stay). Please DONATE LIFE!!

What is a Health Coach?

A Health Coach is a person who will help guide you in making healthy, sustainable wellness decisions in your life. At Kristen’s Korner, I focus on individual needs and wants based on lifestyle habits and future goals. I create a personalized nutrition plan based on bio-individuality. Every person is bio-individualistic, no two people are the same nor should they eat the exact same at all times in their life.

What is your experience with Health Promotion Coaching and Wellness?

Kristen began teaching all types of fitness classes after graduating from Clemson University. Upon greater understanding of the importance of nutrition in daily life, Kristen went on to receive her Master's in Health Promotion from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She then began implementing new sustainable strategies on her clients and seeing long lasting results!


Kristen has coached all types of individuals from those learning a healthier lifestyle and improving their habits to those looking to conquer their next GOAL! Having a Health Coach is a tool for accountability. The program we create together will consider individualistic needs based on any underlying health issue (former and current), daily activities and future goals for self.

Kristen also coaches athletes with nutrition & mind/body wellness who are looking to be their best on their big competition day. Kristen has trained athletes who compete in Marathons, Triathlons, up to the Ironman level, as well as athletes who compete in Natural Bodybuilding.

What is your relationship with food?

As a 2020 graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Kristen continually educates herself in order to pass along FACTUAL and ACCURATE information on the Standard American Diet (SAD). If you consume SAD, you have a much higher predisposition to preventable diseases and illness that currently plague our country (Heart Disease and Diabetes are the 2 leading illnesses). I can help guide you to make healthier choices, while gaining valuable knowledge about what you are consuming. I am your accountability and biggest cheerleader!
